Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly (MGK), whose real name is Colson Baker, are reportedly working on their relationship after the birth of their daughter, Saga Blade, in March this year. The two, who began dating in 2020 and got engaged in 2022, had split just weeks after announcing their pregnancy. It was reported that Megan allegedly found text messages from another woman on MGK’s phone.
Now, nearly eight months after the birth of their baby girl, a source told Entertainment Tonight that the pair is trying to make things work. “Megan and MGK have been working on their relationship, and things have been going well lately. Welcoming Saga has brought them closer,” the source shared.
Megan Fox And Machine Gun Kelly Are Continuing Therapy
The insider further mentioned that the 35-year-old rapper-singer has been making “concerted efforts” to show Megan his commitment to her and the kids “by being consistently involved, loving and supportive.” Notably, MGK also has a daughter named Casie, whom he co-parents with his ex, Emma Cannon. “Their plan is to continue therapy in hopes of building a more solid foundation for the sake of their family,” the source mentioned.
Megan Fox And Machine Gun Kelly Have Been Spending Time Together
Previously, it was reported that Megan and MGK had been spending a great deal of time together since the birth of their daughter, Saga. A source close to the couple told People that they “act like a couple, but they have not put a label on it or made anything official.” Although both live in separate houses, MGK often spends the night at the Jennifer’s Body star’s home.
“While they still have separate homes, they spend a lot of time together as a family. They are putting the baby first, and it’s brought them closer in many ways,” the source added. While they haven’t officially reconciled, their renewed connection is reportedly centred on co-parenting rather than a conventional relationship.
What Went Down Between Megan Fox And Machine Gun Kelly?
Back in December 2024, Megan called it quits with MGK after four years of their relationship. If the reports are to be believed, their breakup took place after she discovered text messages from another woman on his phone. “When they went away for the Thanksgiving holiday, she became suspicious and decided to go through his phone,” an insider disclosed to Page Six. It was after she found out the text messages that Megan Fox decided she “was done.”
Reports have also mentioned that Megan always had “trust issues” and her former fiancé’s “past behaviour” was the reason behind the same. The actress tried every trick in the book to move past those issues, but the discovery of the messages brought her back to square one.
