Pete Davidson’s Pregnant GF Elsie Hewitt Says She’s in ‘Agony’

Pete Davidson’s girlfriend, Elsie Hewitt, is having a tough time with her first pregnancy.

In a Friday, November 14, Instagram Stories video, the British model, 29, shared that she’s “been in pain since the very beginning and it’s just getting worse and worse.”

“I’m in absolute agony pretty much 24/7. This morning, it’s really bad,” Hewitt said, noting that she believes her struggle with endometriosis — a reproductive condition where tissue grows outside of the uterus — is “heavily linked” to Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, the connective tissue disorder she’s currently facing.

Hewitt went on to explain the many ways she’s tried to “manage the pain,” including exercise, stretches, physical therapy, acupuncture, steroid shots and even energy healing techniques.

Pete Davidson is over the moon about becoming a parent after it was announced that he and Elsie Hewitt are expecting their first baby together. “He is excited about this next chapter,” a source exclusively tells Us Weekly. Davidson’s girlfriend of less than one year confirmed on Wednesday, July 16, that she is pregnant. “Welp, […]

“At this point, if you can think of something that there is to do about the pain, I have tried it,” she said. “I have tried everything, and it’s only getting worse and I cannot walk.”

Hewitt added, “I am just straight-up suffering and in so much pain every single day. I actually really don’t know how it could get worse than this.”

She said that she’s turning to Instagram to see if she could find anyone else who “has been through pregnancy and birth with Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome.”

She questioned, “Did your pain go away after? Does it get better? Am I gonna die? I just really want to feel a little bit of hope.”

Hewitt is expecting her first baby with Davidson, 32, whom she began dating in March.

In an October interview with People, Hewitt explained that she was “100 percent convinced that I was infertile and not going to be able to have kids” due to her endometriosis diagnosis. She underwent excision surgery in November 2024 to treat the painful condition in hopes of one day being able to become a mom.

“I do think a big part of why I opted for the surgery was, obviously, first and foremost, my symptoms, but second, to preserve my fertility or try to get to a place where I could sustain the chances of having a family one day,” she told People.

An estimated 200 million women worldwide live with endometriosis, according to the Endometriosis Foundation of America. It is also a leading cause of infertility, according to EndoFound. Still, some women are also able to get pregnant after having excision surgery and many patients with the condition do see their symptoms improve during pregnancy, which increases levels of the hormone progesterone.

“I was just like, ‘Oh, well, here we are!’ I was shocked, but I felt like I knew,” Hewitt said of finding out she was expecting. “It’s weirdly instinctual.”

I hope!” Hewitt told People. “I sometimes just see or feel the way that we are with one another, and I’m really glad and I’m really proud that this is how it is and this is how it’s going to be,” she adds. “I could not ask for a better father for my child. I’m so happy it’s him.”
