Michelle Yeoh’s Jewelry Steals the Show at ‘Wicked’ Premiere

Michelle Yeoh recently wowed at the London premiere of her new movie, “Wicked: For Good.” She made an appearance in a black velvet gown from Self-Portrait, complementing her role as the nefarious Madame Morrible. Aside from her outfit, the 63-year-old also turned heads with her choice of jewelry and accessories. The pearl pieces from MIKIMOTO and the bedazzled watch from Richard Mille seemed to have stolen the show on Monday night at the premiere’s red (more like road) carpet.

Michelle Yeoh pairs statement jewelry with custom Self-Portrait gown

Michelle Yeoh’s jewelry became the showstopper at the “Wicked: For Good” premiere in London on November 10. While her overall look was stunning, her dazzling jewels and other accessories quickly became everyone’s favorite. She wore a custom Self-Portrait gown with sculptured French lace detailing to the event. The black velvet outfit had a strapless design, ending in a small train.

Furthermore, the pleats appearing on the dress gathered to one side, letting the actress flaunt her beautiful features. While the velvety fabric had a shiny look to it, the lace detailing in a fan shape added further charm to the ensemble. The lace detailing extended all the way to the back, creating a wing-like adornment that looked like it was coming through the pleats. The brand also shared Yeoh’s look on their Instagram.

The Oscar winner was one of the best-dressed at the London premiere, and it was not just because of her gorgeous sculptured outfit. The pearl and silver jewelry by MIKIMOTO turned out to be the perfect fit for the ensemble. The pieces looked stunning and absolutely regal on Yeoh. Her accessories included a necklace, earrings, and a ring from the same brand. Additionally, she opted for a Richard Mille watch that was equally sparkly.

Yeoh completed her look with a neat ponytail, adding light waves to the gathered hair towards the end.  While she chose subtle yet shiny rosy cheeks and lips, she went bold with her eyeliner and mascara to further define her features. Overall, the “Everything Everywhere All at Once” actor aced the look for the premiere of “Wicked: For Good.”

Ariana Grande, Cynthia Erivo, Jonathan Bailey, Jeff Goldblum, and Emilie Livingston also attended the London event. The movie is set to release on November 21.
