Toronto police said they responded to a call on Leaside bridge at 2:11 p.m. As a result, they closed southbound DVP at Don Mills Road.
Police reopened the highway around 4:15 p.m.
The on ramp from Don Mills Road and two northbound lanes were also blocked due to the investigation. Both closures have been lifted.
