If you’re starting your holiday shopping early, here’s some good news: You don’t have to wait until Black Friday to get great deals. Amazon’s Black Friday Week sale is here, which means you’ll find plenty of worthwhile deals on tech, beauty, luggage and more. Some of these discounts will run through Cyber Monday, but don’t wait too long — many of these items are bestsellers and may sell out before the holiday weekend.
I’ve covered sales and deals as an editor for NBC Select for five years, so I know how to find deals that are actually worth buying. I spent weeks combing through thousands of discounts to find the best early Black Friday deals on Amazon — each one I recommend below is highly rated and at least 20% off. When possible, I ran deals through price trackers to make sure they’re at their lowest price in at least three months or the lowest price ever. It tracks multiple health metrics, including heart rate, sleep stages, stress levels, body temperature and blood oxygen. It also automatically detects and logs exercises like walking and running, and you can manually record the start and end of any workout via the Oura app.
I’m a big fan of taking Samsonite’s Freeform luggage on longer trips because it’s extremely durable, lightweight and easy to maneuver around the airport. This two-piece hardshell set comes with a carry-on suitcase and large checked luggage. Each suitcase is expandable and has a three-dial combination lock to keep your items secure.

This high-powered blender has 10 adjustable speeds to make your favorite smoothies, purees, soups and more. It also has steel blades that can reach speeds fast enough to heat ingredients to temperature in under six minutes, according to the brand. The blender comes with a 64-ounce container, so it’s great for making large batches.

You can customize your drink using the included temperature and texture controls (it takes anywhere from 15 to 60 minutes to prepare your slushy, depending on the settings). It also has five presets, including spiked slush, frappé and milkshake.
The Garmin Forerunner 165 is one of our favorite fitness trackers for runners and athletes. It has multiple exercise stats, including metrics and charts for things like pace, speed, heart rate, cadence, stride, intensity and more. It also has excellent battery life — NBC Select reporter Harry Rabinowitz averaged about 10 days between charges.
This is our top pick for the best expert-recommended upright vacuums. It has a detachable canister that makes it easy to carry around your home, and swivel-steering that lets you maneuver it around tight corners and furniture, according to the brand. You can switch from cleaning carpets to bare floors by shutting off the brush roll. It comes with attachments like an upholstery tool and two crevice tools to help you clean hard-to-reach spaces.
