Major Disruption to Glasgow trains to last until the end of the day

Glasgow trains are being affected by Major Disruption today due to damage to the overhead electric wires.
Network Rail is on site looking into the issue, but is not able to put a fix in (at the time of writing).
Trains may be cancelled or delayed by up to 60 minutes, with major disruption expected until the end of service today (20th November).
ScotRail says that tickets can be used on McGills bus network and any ScotRail service via any alternative route.
ScotRail is also being affected by damage to overhead wires between Paisley Gilmour Street and Ayr.
Avanti West Coast say that tickets are valid on either of the two trains before or one of the two trains after the passengers’ booked service.
TransPennine Express say that passengers should still travel as normal, but reminds them that delays may occur.
The latest information is available on the National Rail website.
