“I felt betrayed”, Donnarumma speaks openly about the painful departure from PSG

In an interview for Sky SportsGianluigi Donnarumma has spoken openly about his dramatic departure from PSG, revealing that he felt hurt and betrayed by the way he left the club after helping them win the Champions League.
“It’s not easy to leave a club like that. After what happened, I felt very bad,” the Italian goalkeeper, who now plays for Man City, initially said.
“I came and adapted to a certain style, but then in the last few months, that style was no longer there.”
“It’s a shame after a season where we brought the Champions League to Paris, which had never happened before. It hurts. But you have to turn the page and at PSG, my teammates and the fans will always feel close to me.”
“I felt betrayed because when I arrived, I adapted to PSG, I paid special attention to that. But in the end, the last few months were completely different. That disappointed me.”
