Former Zamalek coach Yannick Ferreira has instructed his lawyer to file a complaint against the club with FIFA after the club’s officials failed to pay his outstanding dues, forcing him to take legal action to recover the money.
Ferreira had given Zamalek a 10-day deadline to respond to his letter, which he sent within that timeframe, urging them to expedite payment before he took further steps. However, the club’s delay in responding to the deadline prompted the coach to prepare a complaint against them with FIFA.
Yannick Ferreira’s monthly salary is $55,000, including his coaching staff. He has received approximately four months’ salary so far, meaning he is now entitled to the remaining eight months of his contract, totaling $440,000.
