Dhanush delivers one of his most intense roles—heartbreak, rage, and helpless longing feel painfully real.

Kriti Sanon impresses in a layered role she hasn’t explored before.

Prakash raj brings gravity despite limited screen time, especially in a deeply emotional confrontation.

Tota Roy Chowdhury is strong as the controlling father.

The story by himanshu sharma and Neeraj Yadav carries a powerful emotional core.

The air Force and war backdrop promise intensity, but don’t always land logically, especially post-interval.

Aanand L Rai excels in emotional storytelling—breakdowns, confrontations, and heartbreak hit hard despite narrative flaws.

A.R. Rahman & Irshad Kamil recreate the emotional world of Raanjhanaa, though the soundtrack doesn’t reach the same heights.

“Jigar Thanda Re” is the standout track.
