A second contestant on I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here has been booted out of camp.
SPOILER: Eddie Kadi was evicted from the jungle in the second elimination of the series on November 28. The entire camp was completely devastated when hosts Ant and Dec announced the public verdict.
His campmates gave a standing ovation as he held back tears and hugged them all before making his way up to the treetops to meet the presenters and give his final interview. After lasting an impressive 16 days in camp, he told the duo: “I am happy and sad at the same time. Honestly, what a great time.

“I have made amazing friends and faced some fears. It felt surreal to be on such an iconic show, but most of the time you forgot it was a show until you two showed up.”
He added: “I feel like I have been there for a year – it’s literally changed my life.”He also spoke of his bond with Aitch, and Jack Osbourne.
Of Jack who he backed to win, he said: “I had no idea about what to do in the jungle…and Jack taught me to start the fire, he knows everything.”
Eddie also revealed that he thinks there is more contraband in the camp.

It comes after Shona McGarty was caught with contraband. She was seen using butter – and lost her position as camp leader. Coming clean, Shona told the camp: I’m not responsible for it, but I used it.”
It comes as Jess Glynne penned a heartfelt tribute to her girlfriend Alex Scott – the first contestant given the boot – as the football pundit confirmed she’s jetting back home after her jungle exit.
The Lioness, 41, became the first celebrity to be booted from I’m A Celebrity this week and disclosed she won’t be hanging around in Australia until the finale, as she’s desperate to support her partner following her mum’s stroke. While evicted stars typically remain at the hotel until the final, Alex explained her eagerness to return to Jess, saying she wants “to go home and be her rock”.

For her part, Jess has been steadfastly backing Alex throughout – and last night expressed her excitement about her partner’s homecoming. She posted on social media: “Forever a winner! She walked in that jungle and was nothing but herself from start to finish.
“We see you, we saw you and we love you! I can’t wait to have you home my woman.”
In her Instagram update, Jess sported a green top featuring Alex’s photo with “Alex for the win!” emblazoned across it. The songstress also posted footage of herself and mates donning identical shirts in solidarity with Alex.

Following Alex’s elimination, Jess voiced her belief that her girlfriend didn’t receive sufficient screen time on the programme, reports the Mirror.
Jess posted: “My woman might be out far earlier than she ever deserved, but I’m so unbelievably proud of her. She didn’t get the airtime to show how incredible she really is, and trust me, this is only the beginning.”
Jess also disclosed why she couldn’t be there to greet Alex on the I’m A Celeb bridge, revealing her mother had recently suffered a “major stroke and underwent brain surgery”.

I’ve often wondered why I’m A Celeb has to finish after just three weeks. After all, it’s TV’s top reality show by some distance. Can’t they give it a month or more’s airtime?
And then you watch an episode like tonight’s and you realise what the problem would be. Keep them in camp together any longer and I genuinely believe these people would start eating each other.

Shona’s minor infringement of the rules – helping herself to a few measly scrapings of contraband butter – unleashed the beast in them. Not only did they dethrone her as camp leader, they jeered like absolute savages.
Trust me, every celeb voted off from now on will have had a lucky escape. Especially the ones with a lot of meat on them.
