Google’s year in search: The surprising questions Australians asked

Google has released its annual year in search trends for Australia, and there was one question we have continued to ask: how to talk to women?

The question has made the top 10 most “how to” questions searched for two years in a row, as women continue to baffle some.

The most trending searches were the political event of the year, cyclones, the shooting of a controversial figure and a country the federal government accused of sponsoring terror.
