Babe Ruth meets Larry David, U.S. Presidents in 2025 Topps Allen & Ginter set

Babe Ruth didn’t mind sharing the spotlight with U.S. presidents.
In fact, he once boasted that he made more money than President Herbert Hoover. “Why not? I had a better year than he did,” Ruth deadpanned.
Ruth shares the spotlight with several U.S. Presidents in the 2025 Topps Allen & Ginter Baseball set.
Topps is celebrating the 20th anniversary of the modern era of the popular Allen & Ginter set, a beloved brand that blends baseball with history and pop culture. Topps revived the 130-year-old brand in 2006.
The 2025 set features the always-popular cut signature relics featuring Babe and such baseball legends as Hank Aaron, Honus Wagner, Mickey Mantle, Ted Williams, and Willie Mays.
Presidential cut signatures include Grover Cleveland, John Quincy Adams, James Madison, Woodrow Wilson, and Ulysses S. Grant.
The set also features plenty of the educational and artsy quirkiness collectors have come to expect with inserts ranging from dinosaur DNA relics, state birds, lighthouses, global fish, and even beaches.
This year’s product features 300 base cards spotlighting MLB rookies, legends and stars along with cards of creators, champions, and icons from across history and pop culture. Hobby Boxes, which retail for $129.99, include 24 packs, eight cards per pack, and two hits.
Other set highlights include celebrity autographs from such stars as Larry David (previously featured in Topps’ “It’s Gotta Be Elway” creative), Emma Roberts (previously featured in Topp’s Red RC Therapy), Livvy Dunne, DJ Khaled, Druski, Al Pacino, and more.
The set also features Mitchell & Ness gift card and golden ticket redemptions.
