New Development, Agents, and Feuds: Meet the Owning Manhattan Season 2 Cast

The highly competitive world of New York City real estate is back for Owning Manhattan Season 2, and Ryan Serhant is as determined as ever to break as many records as possible — even if it means breaking friendships in the process.

The new eight-episode season, which is streaming now, picks up where the last left off, with Serhant signing a brand-new Billionaires’ Row tower — but who will he entrust to sell it? Day 1 employees must compete against industry-renowned agents to prove to Serhant that they deserve the best of the best in real estate. And that doesn’t just mean zip codes across the five boroughs.

“It’s not just New York City this season,” Serhant previously told Tudum. “It’s about building an empire.” Some of the team go to Miami for new listings, like the Mercedes-Benz residences, which brings fierce competition and reignites old rivalries.

Keep reading to learn more about Serhant and the group of agents competing to earn his respect — and multimillion-dollar contracts (preferably at the same time).
