Daniel Jones injury: Latest Week 14 practice status update on Colts QB

Here is the latest injury and practice status update on Colts’ QB Daniel Jones and five other players heading into Week 14.
For the second consecutive day, Indianapolis Colts’ quarterback Daniel Jones was listed as a full participant in practice.
Jones is navigating a fibula injury. According to Ian Rapoport, it is a fracture that Jones is dealing with.
On game days, to help with the injury, Jones is wearing a 3D-printed pad. That pad was created and made by two former Duke teammates of Jones, who have turned the idea into a business.
Although this injury is something that Jones has to deal with, there are “no restrictions” on him or the Colts’ offense.
On Wednesday, two NFL insiders shared what they are hearing about Jones’ injury.
Along with Jones being on the field, three other Colts players returned to practice on Thursday after being listed as non-participants on Wednesday.
With the Colts holding a walkthrough on Wednesday, Thursday was the first official practice that the team has held this week.
Wide receiver Josh Downs (hip/knee), cornerback Kenny Moore (illness/ankle), and defensive end Tyquan Lewis (ankle) were all practicing.
Downs and Moore were full participants, while Lewis was limited.
Linebacker Jaylon Carlies (ankle) was a full participant. This is his third week back at practice since being designated to return from injured reserve. The Colts do have an open roster spot currently to add Carlies back if he is medically cleared.
Cornerback Sauce Gardner (calf) was a non-participant.
On Monday, head coach Shane Steichen said that Gardner was dealing with a calf injury and not an Achilles. He will, however, “miss some time,” but he will not be placed on injured reserve.
