Storm Bram: orange wind warning issued for 11 counties

Met Éireann have issued an orange wind warning for 11 counties as part of Storm Bram.

An orange warning has been issued for Cork, Kerry, Waterford, and Wexford on 7 am on Tuesday until 3 pm.

There is also an orange wind warning for Clare, Limerick, Donegal, Galway, Leitrim, Mayo, and Sligo.

The warning comes into effect on Tuesday at 10 pm until 6 pm on Tuesday.

Met Éireann has warned of difficult travelling conditions, wave overtopping, loose objects displaced and outdoor events impacted.

A yellow rain warning comes into effect on Monday night in Carlow, Kilkenny, Wexford, Cork, Kerry, Tipperary, and Waterford.

The warning starts at 9 pm on Monday until 9 am on Tuesday.

There is also a yellow wind warning for the entire country from 3 am on Tuesday until 9 pm on Tuesday.
