CEO of Major Security Firm Accused of Harassment and Bullying of Female Employees

The chief executive of a prominent national security company, which supplies thousands of guards to major retailers, sports clubs, and events, is facing serious allegations of harassment, bullying, and intimidation against vulnerable female employees. Micky Ahuja, owner of MA Services Group, has been implicated in multiple incidents including pressuring a single mother for sexual favors, with claims that he offered her money in exchange for sex.
One employee, referred to as Rachael, reported that Ahuja aggressively pursued her for a sexual relationship following her separation from a senior employee who had been accused of domestic violence. Ahuja allegedly sent a series of messages offering her $1,000 for sexual encounters, assuring her that he would organize a babysitter and transportation. Despite Rachael’s refusals, Ahuja persisted, reportedly telling her, “You’re being stubborn lol” and “Imagine anyone finding out.” Rachael revealed that the pressure she felt during her marital breakup compounded her distress at Ahuja’s advances.
Another case involves an employee named Jennifer, who has also accused Ahuja of sexual harassment. Insiders claim he bullied and intimidated her, instructing a former executive with alleged ties to the Finks outlaw motorcycle gang to spread false rumors about her. While MA Services acknowledged a formal complaint and a settlement was reached, Ahuja continues to deny any wrongdoing.
MA Services, which caters to high-profile clients such as universities, Amazon, and major sporting events, is under investigation for possible tax evasion and exploitation of foreign workers through a network of subcontractors. Additionally, a parliamentary inquiry has been initiated concerning the company’s alleged dubious dealings with the Nauruan government regarding private security services funded by Australian taxpayers.

The scrutiny of Ahuja’s conduct is heightened by troubling revelations of intimidation tactics used against employees. Another woman, identified as Carly, was reportedly confronted at her home by three male managers while on stress leave, demanding the return of company property. This encounter left Carly traumatized and fearing for her children’s safety, as they were present during the incident.
Former employees have described a culture of fear within the company, with one whistleblower sharing that Ahuja would bombard staff with messages outside work hours and exhibit erratic and aggressive behavior during conversations. The environment reportedly includes high salaries and perks, with Ahuja expecting unwavering loyalty in return. Employees shared that they lived in fear of his unpredictable outbursts and were often manipulated to comply with his demands.
As investigations unfold, the allegations against Ahuja echo broader issues concerning corporate misconduct related to the treatment of women and abuse of power within high-ranking positions.
