Sabina and Olwen Rabbitte were part of Galway’s All-Ireland-winning camogie team this year, but they weren’t pressurised into the sport by their dad Joe.

In 2016, after his father passed away, Joe moved his awards and trophies – two All-Stars, All-Ireland U-21 and All-Ireland club medals among them – into the attic of his parents’ house. Out of sight. The idea was simple.
