Eli Raridon shares heartfelt goodbye to Notre Dame as he declares for NFL Draft

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) – Notre Dame tight end Eli Raridon took to social media to share a heartfelt goodbye to the university as he declared for the 2026 NFL Draft.
The senior tight end’s declaration comes as little surprise, as he has no college football eligibility remaining.
In a post on Instagram, Raridon thanked the university for challenging him and helping him “grows as both a player and a person.”
“Growing up a Notre Dame fan, getting to play here has truly been a dream come true,” he said in the post. “The brotherhood, the friendships, and the people in this program have meant the world to me.”
Raridon also thanked head coach Marcus Freeman, his wife, Anna, and Irish Nation in the post.
This past season, Raridon caught 32 passes for 482 yards. He is expected to be one of the top tight end prospects in the upcoming draft.
