2 drivers injured in 2-vehicle collision in Mississauga

Police are investigating following a two-vehicle crash in Mississauga Wednesday afternoon that sent two drivers to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Two drivers have been injured in a two-vehicle collision in Mississauga on Wednesday afternoon.
The crash happened in the Erin Mills neighbourhood, near Erin Centre and Winston Churchill boulevards, north of Eglinton Avenue East.
Peel Regional Police said they were called to that area just before 2:15 p.m. for a two-vehicle collision, one of which had hit a pole.
Police said both drivers remained on scene.
Peel paramedics said they transported a man with serious, but non-life-threatening, injuries as well as a woman with minor injuries to a local hospital. Multiple units were sent to this call, they added.
The intersection is currently shut down and police are asking drivers to use alternate routes
