Tracey, 31, went out in the capital city and enjoyed a sushi dinner at Mayfair restaurant Pirana.
After dinner, she enjoyed some nightlife in Soho before visiting Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park the following day.
She shared a number of photos from her birthday weekend on Instagram for her 66k followers.
The snaps showed off her stunning see-through outfit, which left little to the imagination.
