An Irish pub has shared photos of a very special visit they received from Hollywood royalty as they are broadcast to a global TV audience.
McDonagh’s Thatch Bar and Beergarden in Oranmore, Co Galway, celebrated the occasion of the airing of the St Patrick’s Day episode of The Reluctant Traveler featuring Eugene Levy. An episode was filmed in Co Galway and included a stop at McDonagh’s.
McDonagh’s Thatch Bar and Beergarden shared news of the episode airing along with several behind-the-scenes photos: “We were delighted to host the one and only Eugene Levy and his daughter Sarah on St Patrick’s Day, while filming for his upcoming show The Reluctant Traveler series 3.”

The Reluctant Traveler, starring Eugene Levy, is an Apple TV+ docuseries that sees the actor venturing out of his comfort zone to discover unique destinations worldwide.

In its third season, Levy is in Ireland but he sets off on adventures to places such as India and South Korea, accompanied by guests including his daughter Sarah Levy and Michael Bublé, despite his well-known preference for staying at home, reports Galway Beo.
The series shows Levy as he confronts his fears, dives into diverse cultures, tastes various cuisines, and takes part in new activities.
Canadian legend Eugene Levy has been portraying comedy dads for years, mastering the role on so many occasions that it’s easy to forget that his son on Schitt’s Creek is also his real-life son, Dan.
