即時中心／林耿郁報導 日本東北外海昨（8）天深夜發生強震；好消息是當地時間清晨6時20分，氣象廳全面解除「津波注意報」，確定無大規模海嘯疑慮；不過未來幾天東北外海、千島海溝仍可能有「巨大地震」機率，因此民眾切勿掉以輕心。 不能放鬆！NHK報導，在昨夜強震發生後，日本氣象廳對北海道、青森、岩手、宮城等多縣發布「海嘯警報」及注意報，提醒居民遠離海岸及河口地區。後續各地陸續觀測到數十公分規模的小型海嘯，幸未傳出重大災情。 氣象廳表示，雖然津波相關警戒已全面解除，但千島海溝、日本海溝，接下來仍可能有「巨大地震」，因此發布「北海道・三陸沖後發地震注意情報」，提醒民眾持續保持警戒，請確認防災措施。 當局呼籲，強震後可能出現規模較大的後續地震，沿岸居民應避免靠近海岸，並檢查避難路線與緊急用品，以應對後續可能的災情。 2011年的311強震，規模高達9.0，並掀起滔天海嘯，造成日本東北地區嚴重破壞，超過2萬人不幸罹難、數十萬人無家可歸；但在主震兩天前、3月9日東北外海先發生了規模7.3的強烈地震，且此次「前震」震央離311主震相當接近。 《👉加入民視新聞Line好友，重點新聞不漏接👈》
