發佈日期: 2025-12-15 12:02 港澳 粵 已複製連結 壹傳媒創辦人黎智英被控違反《港區國安法》案件，三項控罪全部罪成。法庭形容他是三宗罪的主腦，定於明年1月12日聽取辯方求情，再擇日判刑。 正因其他案件服刑的黎智英，早上七時許坐囚車由荔枝角收押所，在多輛警車護送下抵達西九龍法院。 八百多頁的判詞，法庭指，有大量證據顯示黎智英跟《蘋果日報》的高層，以及「重光團隊」的李宇軒及陳梓華，在《國安法》實施前，已請求外國、尤其是美國，制裁內地及香港，而這個做法延續至《國安法》生效後，但黎智英就採取一個較為間接及隱晦的策略，收斂激烈言詞，所以唯一的調整是形式上，而非實際上。 法庭又裁定，涉案的文章客觀上具煽動性，已遠超出法律允許範圍。 法官用了40分鐘宣讀部分判詞，提到有很多證供有WhatsApp訊息支持，大部分是由黎智英本人發出，包括遠在《國安法》實施前，黎智英聘用，並將美國前副參謀長基恩，以及前國防副部長沃夫維茲，介紹予台灣的蔡英文。 而黎智英長年對中國深懷怨恨，從其專欄文章、訪談節目，以及新聞訪問可看到；其助手Mark Simon一直致力為他做事，包括安排他兩次到美國，跟時任美國副總統彭斯及國務卿蓬佩奧見面，請求制裁香港等。 法官認為黎智英及其助手影響力大，亦成功安排美國政客訪港，甚至蓬佩奧的未發言講稿，黎智英都收到。
