Best Victor Wembanyama prop bets for Spurs vs. Heat on Thursday 10/30/25

Brendan O’Sullivan provides a preview, prediction and pick for the Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Boston Celtics matchup.

It’s a relatively quiet night in the Association as just four games are on Thursday’s slate. The final game is between the Spurs and Heat, two exciting teams to start the 2025-26 campaign.

San Antonio features a young crew led by Victor Wembanyama, who seemingly does something miraculous every time he steps on the floor. Miami is missing All-Star guard Tyler Herro but is still cruising through competition with a 3-1 record.

The Spurs are 5.5-point favorites and -238 on the moneyline, while the Heat are +195 on DraftKings Sportsbook. The total is set to 228.5 points. Below I’ll provide my favorite Wembanyama prop bets for this contest.

Best Victor Wembanyama prop bets on DraftKings Sportsbook

Wembanyama is must-see TV every time he plays. Whether it’s against a tanking team or a championship contender, he’s a threat to make history and some absurd highlights. It’s not just him either, as the Spurs are 4-0 and look like a Western Conference titan early in the season.

Tonight’s matchup against the Heat is a great one for Wembanyama. Miami is playing at the fastest pace in the NBA, which will benefit Wembanyama on the offensive end. He’s averaging 31 points per game despite the Spurs playing at the fourth slowest pace in the league.

The more offensive opportunities, the better, especially since the Heat don’t have tremendous size. There are few players that can stop Wembanyama at the rim, but the Heat are particularly thin in this department. Bam Adebayo is 6-foot-9, and Kel’el Ware is 7-foot.

The best bet is for Miami to be aggressive on the perimeter, not allowing Wembanyama get in the paint. But of course, that’s easier said than done. Even teams like the Mavericks, who have a plethora of bigs, struggled to slow Wembanyama down.

With the increased pace and lack of lengthy defenders, Wembanyama should have an easy time scoring over 27.5 points, perhaps even hitting 30+ for +127 value.

Best bet: Victor Wembanyama over 27.5 points (-114)
