Star studded line-up for Capital Jingle Bell Ball revealed including Ed Sheeran as record-breaking band set to appear
IT is always one of the hottest tickets in town, but this year there will be even more of a rush for the Capital Jingle Bell Ball with Barclaycard.
I’m told British superstars Ed Sheeran and Louis Tomlinson will play the huge event at London’s O2 Arena in just a few weeks’ time.

The duo are part of a star-studded line-up which I’m informed will include at least one more international A-list singer and a certain record-breaking group.
The Christmas gig always sells out in minutes and this year fans will have to be super-quick off the mark to bag a ticket.
It comes after Capital pulled off an impressive Summertime Ball line-up with Mariah Carey, Benson Boone and Will Smith.
A source told me: “Capital have been working hard all year to put together a Jingle Bell Ball for the ages, and it’s shaping up to be huge.

“Ed Sheeran has been booked to play the Saturday while Louis Tomlinson will also be on the bill. It’s set to be a huge weekend.”
Last year, Coldplay and Katy Perry topped the line-up, alongside Tom Grennan, Little Mix’s Perrie and Becky Hill.
It’s not the first time Ed has played the annual bash. The A Team singer made his debut in 2011 before taking to the stage in 2014, 2017 and 2021.
Ed is expected to perform his biggest hits as well as songs from his new album Play. Meanwhile, One Direction star Louis will make his solo debut at the event.
He previously played the Jingle Bell Ball stage with 1D in 2011 and 2012. Louis’ new single Lemonade has been lapped up by Capital, who are keen for the singer to have his moment to shine.
All of the details are going to be revealed within the next fortnight, but you’ll have to be quick to snap up tickets for the event.
I’ll let Capital Breakfast hosts Jordan North, Chris Stark and Sian Welby reveal the exact dates, on Monday morning, but if I were you, I would keep the weekends in early December free.
