20th Century Studios has released a thrilling new clip for Predator: Badlands, putting the spotlight on one of the monsters that Dek fights. We also see Dek’s loyal companion, Bud, whom we’ve only caught quick glimpses of until now. The action-packed 59-second clip opens with Dek, Bud, and Thia desperately fleeing through a dense forest, pursued by a colossal, tentacled creature.
Dek suddenly halts upon reaching a large clearing. Thia questions his risky decision and urges him to flee, asking, “Why’d you stop? Let’s get out of here.” Dek dismisses her fear, retorting, “You give up too easily.” As the tentacled beast closes in, Dek quickly severs a large tree. The creature refocuses and chases Bud through the clearing. The monster manages to ensnare Bud, which prompts Dek to leap onto the massive beast for a battle.
