Murphy recorded 22 points (8-18 FG, 3-3 FT), five rebounds, five assists, one steal and three three-pointers in Wednesday’s loss to the Trail Blazers. The forward has now scored at least 21 points in three straight games and in four of his last five.
Fantasy Impact:
With Zion Williamson and Jordan Poole sidelined, Murphy has taken on an expanded offensive role and has been one of New Orleans’ few bright spots during an otherwise difficult start to the season. His recent production places him among the top performers in nine-category formats over this stretch.
