Shock moment MAFS bride breaks down in tears as husband goes ‘missing’

A MARRIED At First Sight bride broke down in tears and branded herself a “mug” after her spouse went “missing” from the Couple’s Retreat.
The E4 show star let the tears flow in heartbreaking scenes which came hot on the heels of the pair’s latest explosive row – which saw the groom cut filming and storm out.

Upset newlywed Maeve, 29, was seen pouring her heart out to her co-stars at the latest MAFS Dinner Party.
She attended the event alone, after husband Joe was absent for a family funeral.
Yet as she sat at the table in a zesty neon dress, she confessed: “I’m gonna cry, I can feel the tears coming.
“I just feel mugged off.”

“I get that you need space to do what you’ve got to do but you’ve not really kept me in the loop.”
She added: “I feel completely mugged off with the whole thing, don’t tell us that you love us then leave us.
“Like they always f***ing do.
“It’s every f***ing time, he’s just another lad that’s mugged us off again.
“Here I am in the same situation f***ing upset over a lad.

Bake Off recap – Cake Week
It was whip or be whipped in Bake Off’s meringue week – catch up ahead of tonight’s episode.
Not as easy as pie
The show’s first ever meringue week kicked off with bakers making 12 mini meringue pies for their signature challenge.
Jasmine received a Prue handshake for her raspberry and passionfruit twist, but Lesley’s “chewy” lemon version failed to rise to the occasion, making her the seventh contestant to leave the tent.
The show must go on
Things got technical when the bakers were tasked with making a classic meringue-based soufflé.
Iain’s perfect dome won the judges’ hearts but others struggled with
collapsing middles and subpar flavours.
Race against the clock
Battling tricky timings and melting ingredients, for the showstopper the bakers had to make a vacherin glacé – a type of meringue and ice cream dessert.
Toby’s lactose- free creation was certainly ambitious and Jasmine’s fruit-filled offering was striking, but others in the tent seriously struggled with keeping their structures upright.

It remains to be seen if the pair thrash things out at the upcoming Committment Ceremony.
LOVE STORY
Things had been going well for the couple at first and their was even talk of “love”.
However, in recent days, Joe has expressed he may not have those feelings anymore for Maeve, and fans then saw him move out of the flat.
He then returned to their apartment – yet things didn’t pan out very well.
However, things took a bad turn when the groom started revealing that he doesn’t think their relationship will “work” on the outside.
But this did not go down well with bride Maeve, who was furious.
After a very heated exchange Joe stormed off the show, and was seen leaving the apartment.
This left Maeve saying: “I can’t believe Joe left me again.”
FURTHER ISSUES
Previously, viewers were convinced that Joe’s mum Bridget “hates” her new daughter-in-law.
During a moment alone together, Bridget asked what her son really thought of his relationship with Maeve, to which Joe said: “It’s actually moved a lot quicker than I thought.
“I certainly didn’t think I was going to tell someone that I love them.
“But that is a thought in my mind, is it a bubble that we’ve creating this bond we’ve got.
“We’re going to have to start thinking about real life stuff.”
His mum then said that he needs to start thinking seriously about where he plans to live after the experiment, especially as she has a child and won’t be able to relocate.
Joe expressed: “The only thing I would say is, I’m so much more settled now than I’ve ever been, at home, where I’m working.
“I need to keep that in mind.”
Bridget looked uneasy as her son explained his future plans.
E4 viewers were quick to pick up on this and said they believe she’s not Maeve’s biggest fan.
