Owen Kenney, a 19-year-old College of Charleston student, was last seen on Oct. 31, 2025.

“He was minutes from his house but never made it home,” according to a post his family shared online. “We want Owen to come home.”

Kenney was wearing a green and white Boston Celtics jersey to celebrate Halloween, a campus advisory said. He is 6-foot-1 and weighs 155 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair shaved in a buzz cut.

He has tattoos on his right forearm, left shoulder, left shin and knee, and may have worn a black zip-up hoodie, as well, according to information shared online.

Kenney is from Tinton Falls, N.J. He transferred to the College of Charleston in January. He is a freshman by credit hours and has not declared a major, a college spokesperson told The Post and Courier on Nov. 3.
