Jasprit Bumrah Becomes The Most Successful T20I Bowler Against Australia

With the wicket of Ben Dwarshuis, India pacer Jasprit Bumrah became the most successful bowler in T20 Internationals (T20I) against Australia. He achieved this feat in the fourth T20I at the Carrara Oval on November 6 (Thursday), which India won by 48 runs to go 2-1 up in the series.
He now has 20 wickets against the Aussies, one more than former Pakistan spinner Saeed Ajmal.
Most wickets against Australia in T20Is
20* – Jasprit Bumrah (16 inns)
19 – Saeed Ajmal (11 inns)
17 – Mohammad Amir (10 inns)
17 – Mitchell Santner (12 inns)
Bumrah eventually finished with figures of 1/27 from his four overs. Moreover, he is just one scalp away from becoming only the second Indian to pick up 100 wickets in T20Is, after Arshdeep Singh.
Chasing 168, Australia were in a decent position at 77/3 at the halfway stage. But once David was dismissed in the 12th over, it went terribly wrong for the hosts. From 91/3, Australia lost seven wickets for just 28 runs in a span of seven overs.
India will now look to clinch the series at the Gabba on November 8 (Saturday).
