Prem Rugby will live stream Gloucester v Bath on its YouTube channel this evening, 14 November.
This will be the first time that the competition has been shown live on the platform, and comes as Prem Rugby has invested in a new content strategy for its channel.
The stream will begin at 7:25pm, with Dave Rogers commentating.
TNT Sports holds the TV rights to six pool matches from the Prem Cup, as well as the semi-finals and final, but hasn’t picked up this fixture. It is airing rugby this weekend from the Nations Series, including England v New Zealand.
Premiership Rugby CEO Simon Massie-Taylor and chief growth officer Rob Calder spoke to the Broadcast Sport Podcast earlier this year, detailing how it has evolved its content strategy and is aiming to build on record viewing figures over the past 12 months.
