Zach Collaros might not have reached the 112th Grey Cup as a quarterback with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, but he’ll be there as an analyst for TSN.

Per sources, Collaros will do a hit on SportsCentre Friday, then be on Saturday’s Grey Cup show and provide his unique analysis during pre-game and post-game on Sunday while on the desk with host James Duthie and fellow analyst Luke Willson. TSN’s coverage on Saturday runs from 2-6 p.m. ET and 1-6 p.m. ET on Sunday.

TSN had active players as guest analysts on the panel throughout the year on Friday Night Football, including Calgary receiver Dominique Rhymes, Ottawa strong-side linebacker Adarius Pickett, Hamilton defensive back Stavros Katsantonis, Toronto receiver DaVaris Daniels and star linebacker Wynton McManis. TSN tried to have Collaros on the FNF panel on Friday, October 3, though he had previously scheduled commitments.

The 37-year-old passer threw for 3,048 yards, 17 touchdowns, and 16 interceptions during the 2025 regular season. His team was knocked out following an East Semi-Final loss to the Montreal Alouettes. The Als take on the Saskatchewan Roughriders, who Collaros spent time with in 2018 and 2019, in the CFL championship game.

Collaros has two Grey Cup rings from leading the Bombers to back-to-back wins in 2019 and 2021 and one from his time as a backup with the Toronto Argonauts in 2012. He’s played in six Grey Cups, one in 2014 with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, and the previous five straight with Winnipeg.

The six-foot-one, 218-pound QB has won two Most Outstanding Player awards (2021 and 2022) along with being named a Grey Cup game MVP (2021). He’s led the CFL in passing touchdowns three times (2021, 2022 and 2023).

The Riders (13-6) and Alouettes (12-8) meet in the 112th Grey Cup at Princess Auto Stadium in Winnipeg on Sunday, November 16 with kickoff scheduled for 6 p.m. ET.

Montreal defeated the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in the East Final 19-16, while the Roughriders came back to defeat the B.C. Lions in the West Final 24-21. The teams split two regular-season meetings, though Montreal franchise quarterback Davis Alexander missed both games due to a left hamstring injury.

The weather forecast in Winnipeg calls for a high of two degrees with a mix of sun and cloud. The game will be broadcast on TSN, CTV, and RDS in Canada, CBS Sports Network in the United States, and CFL+ internationally.

This marks the fifth time the Grey Cup will be played in Winnipeg and the second time it will be hosted at Princess Auto Stadium. The venue’s first Grey Cup was held in 2015 when the Edmonton defeated the Ottawa Redblacks 26-20 and Michael Reilly was named the game’s Most Valuable Player.
