Coronation Street star Lucy Fallon has been supported by co-stars after sharing a massive life update.
The Bethany Platt actress took to social media to share the news of her engagement to footballer partner Ryan Ledson.
‘Ending the birthday weekend with my best friend as a fiancé!’ Lucy wrote, alongside a collection of pictures showing off her sparkling ring.
‘I can’t wait to marry you,’ she continued, tagging Ryan in the post.
It wasn’t long before the comments section was full to the brim with congratulations from fellow TV stars.
‘Yayyyyyyyyy!! HE DID IT!!!! Soooo happy for you Juicy Lucy!! Brilliant news!!’ George Shuttleworth actor Tony Maudsley wrote, while Charlotte Jordan, who played Daisy Midgeley, enthused: ‘hats at the READY.’
‘Congratulations to you both,’ Dylan Wilson star Liam McCheyne wrote, while Channique Sterling-Brown, who is set to leave her role as Dee-Dee Bailey, added: ‘Things we LOVE to see!’
‘Finally!!! Huge congratulations to you both,’ Sally Ann Matthews, who previously played Jenny Connor, said, while Maria Connor star Samia Longchambon penned: ‘Massive congratulations you gorgeous pair!’
It wasn’t just the Corrie cast offering their congratulations, with other TV stars sending love too.
‘Congratulations mate!! So happy for you both and the kids,’ Emmerdale star Danny Miller said, while Hollyoaks’ Jorgie Porter wrote: ‘Awww yay!’
Lucy and Ryan went Instagram official with their relationship in 2021.
Since then, they have had two children together – son Sonny Jude, two, and daughter Nancy Margaret, who was born earlier this year.

Lucy announced her second pregnancy just months after returning to Coronation Street following a three-year break.
Ahead of her maternity leave, she was involved in a major storyline that saw Bethany jet off to Turkey for cosmetic surgery.
When the procedure went wrong, she was left hospitalised and ended up needing a stoma bag.
She has since been coming to terms with her new way of life, and was recently encouraged by Hope Stape (Isabella Flanagan) to wear the Halloween costume she’d bought without worrying if the bag was on show.
Last year, Lucy and Ryan were featured on the ITVBe show Drama Queens, which gave fans an insight into the lives of some of their favourite soap stars.
During the series, Lucy bravely opened up about her previous pregnancy loss, and shared how this caused her anxiety during her pregnancy with Sonny.

‘In the first year that Ryan and me were together we fell pregnant and we were really, really excited. We booked a scan and…,’ she said, tearfully.
‘We went for the first scan and I didn’t expect that anything would be wrong and she [the nurse] told us that there was no heartbeat and the baby had died.’
She added: ‘I just feel like because we had experienced some harder times before we had Sonny and I think when I was pregnant with Sonny I was filled with so much anxiety.
‘To kind of look back and think “wow what we’ve created” it just feels even more special.’
