I’m A Celebrity presenters Ant and Dec have revealed whether a Hollywood actor will be joining the I’m A Celebrity campmates. The 25th series of the hit ITV show got underway last night as ten new celebrities entered the unknown and into the jungle.
After the episode ended, Ant and Dec took to Instagram to answer some fan questions. One question asked was “Will Ryan Gosling be joining the I’m A Celebrity line-up?” Dec laughed at the question as he said “are we there already?”
Ant jokingly slammed the question, telling the fan “you are being stupid with those kind of suggestions. We are never going to get Ryan Gosling on this show, even when his career has dried up like a prune, he is not going to do this show. You are an idiot.”
Another suggestion from a viewers was Prince William, Ant shouted “shut up” as the suggestions of famous names continued to flood in. The post was captioned: “After almost four years of Jungle Club have you lot learnt nothing?”

However, the comment section continued with fans of the ITV show listing some of the celebrities they would like to take part. One comment said: “You need to get Roy Keane on . It would be a brilliant watch. I think he’d do it as well.”
A second comment said: “I reckon if you could have a sit down with Ryan gosling and explain the premise of the show he’d be behind giving it a go.”
Further responses were: “Alan Carr, Paloma Faith, one of the One Direction boys, one of the Little Mix girls and David Beckham” and “We need you guys on a special anniversary edition either in camp or at least taking one for the team and their fate rests on you guys doing on eating trial.”
This year’s line-up was confirmed after weeks of rumours, featuring a range of famous faces including soap stars, rappers and music legends.
The campmates heading down under are Shona McGarty, Eddie Kadi, Lisa Riley, Aitch, Angry Ginge, Alex Scott MBE, Martin Kemp, Jack Osbourne, Kelly Brook and Ruby Wax OBE.
For the opening episode, Martin and Aitch were joined by Kelly Brook, comedian Eddie Kadi and EastEnders actress Shona McGarty in a helicopter jump onto a beach.
Ruby Wax, Jack Osbourne, Lisa Riley, Alex Scott and Angry Ginge all came face-to-face with snakes and ants as they gathered outside a stunning villa.
In tonight’s show, Ruby and Angry Ginge will take on the first Bushtucker Trial of the series – an eating challenge.
The stars will be hoping to follow in the footsteps of last year’s star-studded cast, which saw McFly’s Danny Jones take home the title of King of the Jungle.
It was Coleen Rooney who came a close second, and Reverend Richard Coles in third. I’m A Celebrity will air every night at 9pm on ITV.
