Dominik Mysterio pays emotional tribute to Mysterio lineage with new tattoo; WWE star bares all

Dominik Mysterio showed off a new neck tattoo last month, which featured a luchador mask. The tattoo has also grown around his neck, with the former Intercontinental Champion sharing the history of his new ink.
“Dirty” Dom’s look has changed since he made his first appearance on WWE television as a kid. He had short hair and a big tattoo on his left arm. He would then start adding new art to his body, especially after joining the Judgment Day.
Speaking on the Towers of Power podcast, Dominik Mysterio revealed the story behind his new neck tattoo. It was all about paying tribute to his uncle, Rey Mysterio Sr., as well as the Aztec culture. He called it a “terrible” decision because it was painful, but he’s also bothered because it’s still not done.
“It’s part of the Aztec calendar with my uncle’s mask in the middle. It’s like two-thirds of the way done… It was a terrible decision… ‘cause the pain — and once you do it, you can’t just go like, ‘Okay, I’m done. I’m not going to finish it.’ The finished product is going to go down here more, so it’s bothering me already that it’s unfinished. But I’m a sicko. The neck hurt either way. It’s just — it all hurts,” Dominik said. [H/T Fightful]

Rey Mysterio proudly praises Dominik Mysterio in letter to Eddie Guerrero
To commemorate Eddie Guerrero’s 20th death anniversary on November 13, Rey Mysterio wrote a letter to his best friend via The Players’ Tribune. Rey proudly told Guerrero how Dominik Mysterio has turned into one of the best performers in the WWE today.
“When I say you would approve of who Dom has become, Eddie — it’s an understatement. You would love it. Because the wrestler he is now, it feels like a love letter to so many of the things that made YOU so special. He has the presentation down perfect: the sleazy (no offense) stache, the terrible (no offense) mullet, the ugly (no offense) jewelry and clothes. He’s got the s***-eating grin. He’s got that innate ability to play off different people (like you did with me, Batista, Chyna and so many others),” Rey wrote.
Dominik Mysterio also paid tribute to Eddie on his death anniversary by sharing a photo of him on Instagram and calling him the greatest of all time.
