Davis Cup France vs Belgium Best Bets

Davis Cup quarterfinals
France – Belgium: 18.11.2025 16:00 CEST
H2H: 6-3
First potential matchup:
Rinderknech – Collignon
H2H: first meeting
Arthur Rinderknech has lost three of his last five matches. The last match he played was in Metz, where he lost to Altmaier in the opening match in straight sets. However, this has been a great season for the Frenchman, who is now a top 30 player.
Raphael Collignon has won three of his last five matches. The last match he played was around two weeks ago in Bratislava, where he lost to Blockx in the semifinals in straight sets. So far this season, the Belgian has had his best results at the Challenger Tour level.
We expect Rinderknech to dominate the rallies and secure France’s first win.
Second potential matchup:
Moutet – Bergs
H2H: first meeting
Corentin Moutet has lost three of his last five matches. The last match he played was in Metz, where he lost to Vukic in three tight sets in the opening match.
Zizou Bergs has lost three of his last five matches. The last match he played was at the Masters 1000 in Paris, where he lost to Sinner in the second round in straight sets. This has been a solid season for the Belgian, who cemented his top 50 status.
Zizou Bergs enjoys playing on indoor hard courts. If this match had been played on clay, Moutet would have had an advantage. However, under these conditions, we expect Bergs to secure Belgium’s first win.
Third potential matchup:
Bonzi/Herbert – Gille/Vliegen
Bonzi and Herbert played over a dozen matches together this season. Their last match was in Brussels, where they withdrew from the semifinal against Nys/Roger-Vasselin. Gille and Vliegen, on the other hand, have not played together since the Davis Cup clash against Australia, where they lost to Hijikata and Thompson.
Bonzi and Herbert are in better form and have played more matches together this season. Given their current form and chemistry, we expect them to secure France’s second win.
Fourth potential matchup:
Rinderknech – Bergs
In his past Davis Cup match, Rinderknech defeated Cilic in straight sets. He is in great form and enjoys playing for France. Considering his current form, we expect Rinderknech to get the third and deciding win for France.
Fifth potential matchup:
Moutet – Collignon
Corentin Moutet defeated both Cilic and Prizmic against Croatia in the Davis Cup earlier in September. He is an experienced Davis Cup player. On the other hand, Collignon has not had many Davis Cup appearances. However, he defeated both de Minaur and Vukic, securing Belgium’s historic win over Australia.
We believe Moutet is a better player with more experience, so we expect him to secure France’s fourth win.
Best Bet to Make
France has better and more experienced singles players than Belgium. We expect their experience to prevail in crucial moments.
That being said, France winning is a value bet.
