Deals on DualSense controllers and PlayStation Portal are coming

Sony Interactive Entertainment’s early Black Friday deals kick off on Nov. 21, and include some surprising discounts on PlayStation 5 consoles and accessories — welcome news for future PS5 owners who hadn’t jumped in before the price of the console jumped earlier this year. The big deal for Black Friday shopping season is $100 off multiple models of Sony’s PS5.
That includes the standard PlayStation 5, PS5 Digital Edition, and PS5 Pro, all of which will be $100 off. There’s also a pair of Fortnite PS5 bundles, which offer PlayStation-exclusive in-game content, 1,000 V-Bucks, and a decent deal on console hardware. They are:
- PS5 Digital Edition 825 GB – Fortnite Flowering Chaos Bundle — $399.99
- PS5 Console 1 TB – Fortnite Flowering Chaos Bundle — $449.99
Early Black Friday savings also extend to accessories and other PS5 hardware, including the following:
- $100 off PlayStation VR2
- $20 off PlayStation Portal remote player
- $20 off Pulse Elite wireless headset
- $30 off Pulse Explore wireless earbuds
- $30 off DualSense Edge wireless controller
- $20 off DualSense wireless controller
- $20 off Access controller
Those Black Friday deals will be available through PlayStation Direct (where available) as well as at participating local retailers, Sony says.
On the software side, Sony will be offering unspecified deals on games like Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, Lost Soul Aside, Astro Bot, and God of War Ragnarök. Hundreds of PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 digital games will also be on sale during Black Friday through the PlayStation Store, with savings up to 75% off.
Sony’s early Black Friday deals start Friday, Nov. 21, but when they’ll come to an end is unannounced. Better to stock up on a fresh DualSense controller earlier rather than later.
