Emmerdale viewers are convinced another DNA twist is on the horizon and it involves April Windsor

Emmerdale are convinced Marlon Dingle is not April Windsor’s biological father as the teenager continues to be groomed into drug dealing.
As fans of the ITV soap will know, April (Amelia Flanagan) thinks she killed a man called Callum after lashing out at the vile predator in self-defence.
The attack came after April was coerced into sex work by local drug dealers Celia Daniels (Jaye Griffiths) and her son Ray Walters (Joe Absolom).
However, viewers will know Callum is alive after suffering a blow to the head as Ray continues to keep his fate a secret from April.
During Wednesday’s (November 19) trip to the village, Ray made another sinister threat to April, demanding she must work extra to pay off her debt following her recent arrest in Newcastle.

In his latest manipulative ploy, Ray explained that Celia has spent a considerable amount of time and effort clearing up April’s messes, which will now require repayment.
In a twist, evil Ray then handed April a wad of cash and encouraged her to spend the day with her boyfriend, Dylan Penders (Fred Kettle), but warned her not to arouse any more suspicion about her antics.
While at The Hide, Dylan accidentally smashed a glass, sparking April to have a flashback. Her mind flicked back to the moment where Callum tried to force himself on her, and she hit him over the head with a glass bottle.

When April snapped back into reality, she was visibly horrified by her vision, and she rushed off. Ray watched with an unimpressed expression, fearing that she was spiralling out of control.
Emmerdale viewers have been urging April to confess her troubles with Ray and Celia to her father, Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock).
However, others are convinced that her real father is Ross Barton (Michael Parr), as he was once close to April’s mother, Donna Windsor (Verity Rushworth).
Though the relationship between April and Ross is complex, he was once the love of her mum’s life, acting as a father figure to the teenager. Will Ross be able to save April from Ray and Celia?
As fans will know, Ross is already the dad to his son Moses, whom he shares with Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins), and she is currently pregnant with his second child. Could Ross have fathered April all those years ago?

Taking to Facebook, fans have been predicting a major DNA plot twist, with one person writing: ” Hear me out, imagine if April were actually Ross’ child, she looks more like him than Marlon ( yes, I know it’s pretend ), and it would also make sense why they have such a close connection ( I know the history with him and her mum).”
A second stated: “April is Ross’ daughter”. A third chimed in: “Think you could be right, but if not, the script writers need you on the panel would be a fantastic twist lol.”
“Marlon is April’s biological Dad, not Ross… I’d really like it if it did come out that she really was Ross’s daughter, though, cos I love seeing the bond they have together… x”, added another.
