I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here fans issued a complaint just seconds into the start of the hit ITV reality as it aired Tuesday night (October 18).

On X – formerly Twitter – I’m A Celebrity fans have been quick to complain that the show, which was scheduled to start at 9pm, aired “late”, leading some fans to request a change.

Taking to X, one fan, @basichloel,wrote: “late starting but guarantee we’ll have an ad in less than 19 mins”, as another fan, @taylqrslqver, added: “i’m a celeb two mins late and best believe there will be an ad 5 mins in”.

Other fans echoed similar sentiments as one, @Joe358Kyffin, queried: “We’re seriously starting late again?!”

However some fans have thanked the programme for the later airing time, as @ellsrose179 wrote: “they must have known i looked at my phone and saw 21:01 and panicked, thanks for the late start.”

The hit ITV reality show has returned for its 25th year, and will see Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly returning to the jungle to bring viewers all the news from the celebrity camp down under.
