One of Australian sport’s most beloved character’s, Darryl Broham, has made the heartbreaking announcement he has begun treatment for cancer.
The ‘Big Marn’ as he is know to a legion of NRL fans around the nation says he is confident and upbeat ahead of a round of chemotherapy next week.
“I have started treatment for non hodgkin’s lymphona today and will have chemotherapy on Monday,” Brohman told 2GB mornings host Mark Levy on Thursday.
