AirPods Pro 3 Black Friday deals are coming. Hundreds of pages of Black Friday ads flood the internet and our mailboxes at this time of year, we crawl through them with a fine-tooth comb to uncover the absolute best upcoming discounts, and the first hint of a deal on Apple’s new AirPods Pro 3 has surfaced.
Black Friday PSA: AirPods Pro 3 Black Friday 2025 deals
We have already seen deep discounts on AirPods 4 (they are currently sitting down at the $85 Amazon all-time low and delivering one of the best early Black Friday deals we have tracked yet) and the now previous-generation AirPods Pro 2 are currently sitting at $130 to $135 (some of the best deals we have ever tracked). But what about the highly-sought-after and potentially most popular pick up during Black Friday this year?
…Apple’s AirPods Pro 3.
Up until now we hadn’t seen even a hint of an upcoming deal on what might very well end up being the most popular item of the year, if not the one a countless number of folks are waiting on.
But all of that might have changed when a little known retailer out of the midwest known as Meijer unleashed its official Black Friday ad:
Okay, so loads of people know Meijer, and if you don’t you should. While it is certainly a regional outlet, it is, thus far, promoting the best (only) AirPods Pro 3 Black Friday deal we have seen yet.
As you can see from the snippet in its official ad above, there is no cash discount here but the retailer is throwing in what is effectively a $100 gift card…could this be a sign of what’s to come from Amazon and the nationwide big-box stores? Maybe.
Up until today, the only real cash discount we have seen on AirPods Pro 3 was a slight $10 drop for a few days shortly after release at Amazon…since then, nothing.
All things considered, we very much do not expect to see a full $100 price drop on AirPods Pro 3 anywhere, so paying full price and netting a $100 Amazon or Best Buy gift card would be a seriously notable offer.
Let’s take AirPods Pro 2 as a point of reference here:
The latest iteration of AirPods Pro 2 first hit Amazon in April of 2024 and have seen a number of deals down at $169 since – that’s $80 off. They also dropped down to $149 a small handful of times before the early Black Friday sales this year started to deliver prices any lower than that.
But here’s the thing, the AirPods Pro 2 have effectively been around since 2022. Apple has released newer versions with USB-C and MagSafe charging and the like, but they were clearly not as brand spanking new as the AirPods Pro 3 are when they started to see those $80+ price drops.
With all of that said, I think a safe bet would be a $50 deal on AirPods Pro 3, bringing them down to $199 for Black Friday 2025. But even that feels a bit generous at this point. It’s very much possible, but I can also see Amazon and Best Buy looking to effectively pay it forward, score the full $249 from folks by luring them in with a gift card so they can double down with another purchase down the line.
Only time will tell now, and this this early Meijer ad could very well mean literally nothing, maybe only a few stores will even have this offer, but it might also be a sign of what’s to come.
