We’ve been keeping an eye on plans from our major wireless carriers for you leading up to Black Friday and now Bell looks to be the first to make a change.
Bell has now added a 25GB bonus to its $85 Canada-US plan, meaning it’s now a 200GB plan that allows for talk, text and data usage in the U.S.
The plan now has a “25GB bonus included” label. Here are Bell’s current plans:
- $70/60GB
- $75/100GB
- $85/200GB (was 175GB) Canada-US; HD video; Crave Standard with Ads; Perplexity Pro for 1 year
- $105/250GB Global (65 countries)
So what’s the deal? This change matches a 200GB Canada-US plan from Telus, but the latter has Bell beat as their plan is $10 cheaper at $75.
Telus plans:
- $70/100GB
- $75/200GB Canada-US
- $105/250GB Global (68 destinations)
- $60/60GB
- $65/80GB
The $70 Telus plan also beats Rogers and Bell as it has 100GB data.
Rogers plans:
- $70/60GB
- $75/100GB
- $85/175GB Canada-US
- $105/250GB Global (64 destinations)
Black Friday doesn’t hit until next week, so let’s wait and see what the best mobile plan deals will be.
