BBC Sport will continue to bring audiences the very best of the UEFA Champions League, retaining highlights and clip rights for all matches until the end of the 2030/31 season.
This extension adds four further seasons (2027/28 to 2030/31) to the current agreement, ensuring six more years of every goal, from every game in Champions League coverage will be shown across BBC Sport.
Champions League on BBC Sport:
Digital clips from all matches played that week (Tuesday and Wednesday) will be shown across BBC platforms, including the website, app, iPlayer and social media from 10pm on Wednesday
All the action will be available to watch as highlights and clips will remain available in the BBC Sport’s wider Champions League editorial offering, as well as audio coverage, live text pages, stories, and reports
A Match of the Day programme will broadcast on BBC One after the late evening news on Wednesday of each Matchweek, which will also be available on the BBC iPlayer
