Jock Landale injury update: Memphis Grizzlies center leaves game vs Mavs

Memphis Grizzlies center Jock Landale will not return against the Dallas Mavericks due to neck soreness, the team announced.
Landale left the game on Nov. 22 at American Airlines Center in the first quarter after experiencing pain in his neck. He went to the locker room and was ruled out during halftime.
Without Landale, the Grizzlies have just one center available. They already are without Jaren Jackson Jr. and Brandon Clarke. Those two would be next in line at center. The Grizzlies had waived PJ Hall to make room for Jahmai Mashack because of the lack of depth at point guard.
Zach Edey is the lone healthy center remaining, but he is currently on a minutes restriction. Santi Aldama and Olivier-Maxence Prosper will be called on to play more minutes at center.
