It’s been a minute since we’ve seen Taylor Swift on the big screen at a Kansas City Chiefs game—but that doesn’t mean she hasn’t been cheering on Travis Kelce from the stands.
The showgirl, who has been keepings things a bit more low profile this season, made her way to Arrowhead Stadium yesterday to celebrate her fiancé’s big win against the Indianapolis Colts. But for Swifties, the real win was seeing Swift so happy.
Attending the game with her father, Scott Swift—who Kelce famously converted into a Chiefs fan (he was loyal to the Philadelphia Eagles back when the It Couple fit started dating)—the artist jumped up and down in excitement, offering high fives and chatting away. And, while none of her A-list friends joined her for this particular occasion, one did make a sort-of special appearance.
Keeping things festive, Swift pulled out a Chiefs-appropriate sweater from Gigi Hadid’s Guest in Residence. The piece, a long-sleeve polo with exaggerated ribbed cuffs and a matching waistband, was crafted from soft, lightweight cashmere in a sandy beige base, with red and white accents mirroring Kelce’s team colors. A preppy-meets-sporty piece, the Alpine Collegiate Polo balanced easy comfort with stylistic hints of structure—such as the seam detailing down the arms and statement buttons.
Swift and Hadid were seen together earlier this month in equally as cozy schoolgirl looks, stepping out for a night in NYC.
Over in Kansas City, Swift paired the pullover with some classic light-wash denim jeans, and braided her hair down one side. Her sparkling engagement ring was the final touch—and, given the team’s overtime victory, clearly a good luck charm. Or maybe that was all Tay.
