I’m A Celebrity duo Ant and Dec told viewers to ‘watch this space’ after a star appeared to have broken a major ITV rule on the latest episode of the reality series.

Sunday night (November 23) was an eventful edition of the programme, with the famous faces, outside of late arrivals Vogue Williams and Tom Read Wilson, marking their first week in Australia.

On a night where Aitch was revealed as the camp leader, Ruby Wax showed off her lucky underwear and Jack Osbourne got emotional yet again, it was the topic of food which caused a stir in the camp.

Hot on the back of the camp winning all 12 stars in two consecutive Bushtucker Trials, streamer Angry Ginge was tasked with taking on his third trial of the series.

Titled ‘Terror-flying tours’, Ant and Dec explained that Ginge had to place his head in a series of head boxes, with each box transporting him to a different location. Once there he would have to release the stars using only his mouth or tongue.

Ginge was first transported to Egypt via the box as he gently put his head in the first hole to discover he was joined by lizards. Struggling to get the second of two stars on offer, Ant joked that ‘if nothing else this is going to be a great meme’.

Next, battling snakes in the Amazon rainforest, Ginge hit his head trying to put it in the hole, something he needed on multiple occasions. The Salford native noted ‘that wasn’t part of the trial’.

In further boxes were toads in Miami beach where he got 2/2 stars, rats in London 3/3 stars and finally spiders, as he faced them and crocodiles in the last box representing Australia, and he scored 2/3 available stars.

Walking away with all but two of the stars on offer, Ginge decided to have some fun and mess with his campsites. Putting on his best poker face, Ginge pretended that he only got five stars and was really annoyed with himself.

Shortley after being made camp deputy by Aitch, the dinner’s arrival into camp got a huge cheer as it was revealed that Ginge had in fact won ten stars. As a result of his hard work, the camp received crocodile feet for their dinner.

Jack was once again on cooking duties, as the son of Ozzy Osbourne managed to turn it into a mouth-watering feast. However, eagle eyed viewers may noticed a rule break occurred.

With former Lioness Alex Scott helping Jack dish the food out, she could be seen appearing to shake something into the dishes. As I’m A Celebrity fans know, contraband is strictly forbidden in the jungle.

Prior to revealing that Aitch would be taking on the next trial on Monday’s (November 24) episode, Ant informed viewers that they saw what they seen. He said: “Was that a bit of seasoning Alex?”

Teasing that a punishment may be on the way, Dec replied: “I think it was, I think it was contraband. What’s going to happen? Watch this space.”

Viewers may recall that last year, radio presenter host Dean McCullough managed to get tea bags past the show bosses. However, he was spotted putting them into the camp’s hot water.

Last year’s punishment saw a jungle amnesty set up, with the stars ordered to ‘bring all remaining contraband to the Bush Telegraph to avoid further punishment’. This led to Melvin Odoom confessing he had brought seasoning in also.

Prior to fainting during a live trial in 2010, Gillian McKeith managed to get away from sneaking salt, herbs and some spices into the show by hiding them in her underwear.
