EastEnders reveals Jasmine’s sinister next move after Cindy attack in iPlayer release

EastEnders spoilers follow for Tuesday’s episode (25 November), which is available to watch now on streaming service BBC iPlayer and hasn’t yet aired on TV.

EastEnders has confirmed Jasmine Fisher’s sinister next move, in the aftermath of her violent attack on Cindy Beale. This week, Cindy did some digging on mysterious Jasmine and she and Lauren learned some dark truths about her through a meeting with her mother.

Cindy then confronted Jasmine on her suspicions, convinced that she is part of the Ford family. Viewers will remember that her informing on cellmate Jackie Ford in prison is the reason why she had to be put in witness protection and became Rose Knight for years.

Jasmine saw red when she realised that Cindy had met her mum, and she pushed her down the stairs of The Albert in a fit of rage.

Oscar discovered Cindy lying unresponsive outside in today’s episode, and he immediately headed to the Beales’ house to tell them what had happened.

As the family rushed to the hospital, Oscar returned to find Jasmine packing her belongings to leave. He asked her if she was involved in Cindy’s attack, and while Jasmine initially denied it, she was soon forced to admit to pushing her down the stairs.

Jasmine made out that her actions were only in self-defence against Cindy though, and Oscar bought that the attack was a complete accident.

Meanwhile, Cindy was taken into surgery to fix her injured elbow, but Ian reported that the doctors were worried about complications.

Oscar arrived at hospital to plead Jasmine’s case to Ian, Gina and Lauren. But Ian explained the situation with Jackie and Lauren told him about Jasmine wanting revenge – and it made him doubt his romance.

Back in Walford, Oscar came to a decision, telling Jasmine that he didn’t fully believe what she was saying and sadly ending their relationship.

After a successful operation, Cindy was kept in the hospital overnight – but she had a frightening visitor. Jasmine arrived and stood over her bed before leaving, but Cindy came round and watched her walk out the door.

Is Jasmine really part of the Ford family, and is Cindy still in danger?

EastEnders airs on Mondays – Thursdays at 7.30pm on BBC One. The show also streams on BBC iPlayer, where most episodes drop early at 6am ahead of their TV broadcast.
