LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) -Warm dry air is arriving aloft, and will stir in, lowering humidity Tuesday afternoon. Temperatures will be rather warm Tuesday afternoon before windy cooler weather arrives from the north Wednesday. A slight chance of showers late Tuesday night or first thing Wednesday, any rain would not amount to much in amount.
