JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) -Dr. Derek Culnan, Medical Director at Baptist Burn Center, says burns and other injuries increase during the holiday season. He says kitchen fires and accidents lead to these injuries. Dr. Culnan shared safety tips for you and your family in the kitchen and outdoors to prevent fires. He also discussed what to do if there is a burn or other injury.
