Wendy’s has announced a special Black Friday deal tied to the popular “6-7” meme.
On Friday, Nov. 28, customers nationwide can purchase a Small Frosty treat for just 67 cents, available both in-store and through online orders at participating locations, while supplies last.
The promotion is a direct nod to the “6-7” viral trend, which has recently exploded across social media and even made its way into corporate marketing strategies.
The phrase “6-7” first gained traction in February 2025 following the release of the song “Doot Doot” by Skrilla, which prominently featured the seemingly nonsensical phrase in its lyrics.
A month later in March 2025, its popularity soared after a viral video surfaced from YouTuber Cam Wilder, showed a young boy using “6-7” accompanied by a distinctive hand gesture. The meme has since been widely adopted in social media edits, notably for professional basketball players like LaMelo Ball, who happens to stand 6-foot-7.
The meme’s influence reached a new peak recently when Dictionary.com named “6-7” its Word of the Year last month.
Wendy’s is the latest chain to hop on the “6-7″ marketing trend, but not the first. Pizza Hut offered wings for 67 cents each on Nov. 6 and 7 as part of their “6-7 menu.” Meanwhile, Domino’s also ran a promotion offering a large, single-topping pizza for $6.70 for online orders.
